Just a quick post to let you know that Jillian Michael’s 30-Day Shred is workin for me!

Seriously ladies. I never would have believed that 20 minutes a day would make a difference so quickly, but in just 10 days…it has! My stamina is improving during the workout, I am not huffing and puffing as much as I was when I started. And…I am shrinking…really. My clothes are fitting loosely, body parts are toning, pounds are slipping off. Suddenly the name “30 Day Shred” is making a whole lot of sense.

So a $9.00 investment from Walmart is paying off! And no, I am not a paid endorser, this is just me, a mom who has seen her on Biggest Loser and saw the product and thought I should give it a try.

I may not be the Biggest Loser…but I am here to report that I am a Loser!
